Exchange & Return Policy

At Cute Lemons, every piece is thoughtfully made and carefully checked before it reaches you. If you need to exchange an item, please review the policy below.

7-Day Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

● Be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

● Have all original tags attached.

● Be returned in its original packaging.

● Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

● Be supported by an unboxing video showing the product and its condition upon delivery.

To request an exchange, please email us at hello.cutelemons@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or if you have received an incorrect product, contact us immediately at hello.cutelemons@gmail.com.

Please include your order details, photographs and the unboxing video so our team can review the issue and assist you.

Customised Items

Products customised or altered according to your child’s measurements are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

Returns and Refunds

Cute Lemons does not offer returns or refunds once an item has been sold. Eligible products may only be exchanged in accordance with the conditions stated above.
